Exchange Eligibility
- We offer exchanges for women’s ethnic wear products only.
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 1 day (24 hours) after receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Exchange Conditions
- Only size and color exchanges are permitted (subject to availability).
- Products must be in original packaging with all tags intact.
- No exchanges for damaged or altered products.
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
Exchange Timeline
- Exchange requests: Within 1 day of delivery
- Processing: 2-3 business days after we receive the returned item
- Dispatch of replacement / Exchange: 2-3 business days
- Delivery: 5-7 business days
Exchange Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We will bear the shipping cost for sending the replacement item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
No Returns
- We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products.
- Only exchanges are permitted as per the above policy.
